process takes about 5 minutes.
ONLINE ORDERS
You will receive an email with your order ID Number.
A Case Manager will be assigned to you. He/she will
provide a Requisition Number for your
Service Center visit and Login information for your report.
Emails
and Login are encrypted and password protected. We also fax a copy of your testing Document to the Service
Center.
Call your assigned Case Manger 30 minutes prior to your
visit to review your case and have all your questions answered.

Go to the Service Center and bring
the Requisition Number with you.
A certified
technician will collect your specimen (blood and/or urine
sample) - The visit usually takes 15 minutes.

Login, see
and print your report. We can also fax or mail the report to
you.
Reports are usually available in 2-3 business days.
Your Case Manager,
a Physician authorized representatives and our Physician are available
for test review and to make sure results are understood and
all your questions are answered.
