  • Call us. A Case Manager will be assigned to you. We'll locate a Service Center near you.
  • You will receive your Personal Identifier Number (PIN) and Login information so that you can retrieve your report on line. Our reports are unique in the industry and known a Health ePrints.
  • We fax a copy of your testing documents to the Service Center. This takes usually 5 minutes.

 
  • Go to the Service Center.
  • A certified technician collects your blood and/or urine sample). This usually takes 15 minutes.

 
  • Login, read and print your Health ePrint. We can also fax or mail a copy of the report.
  • Reports are usually available in 2-3 business days.
  • Your Case Manager and our Physician are available for test review and to make sure your results are understood and all your questions are answered.
