How It Works - 123 Process

		Call us. A Case Manager will be assigned to you. We'll locate a Service Center near you. You will receive your Personal Identifier Number (PIN) and Login information so that you can retrieve your report on line. Our reports are unique in the industry and known a Health ePrints. We fax a copy of your testing documents to the Service Center. This takes usually 5 minutes.

		Go to the Service Center. A certified technician collects your blood and/or urine sample). This usually takes 15 minutes.

		Login, read and print your Health ePrint. We can also fax or mail a copy of the report. Reports are usually available in 2-3 business days. Your Case Manager and our Physician are available for test review and to make sure your results are understood and all your questions are answered.
