The Wellness Inventory
combines the Male Health Panel or
Female Health Panelblood tests with a rich questionnaire whose
function is to inquire about your ideas, attitudes and behaviors in twelve
different areas of the wellness arena. Each question defines an aspect of
wellness.
You are asked to answer in two ways.
How true is the
question for you (Truth
Score)
How
satisfied you are of your answers
(Satisfaction
Score)
This allows to establish a list of
priorities for making changes in your life.
Some of the questions are two questions combined in
one. This is usually done because there may be an important relationship
being shown.
It is not the score
that the participant achieves in the Wellness Inventory, but what
he/she learns
about him/herself what really counts.
Although the questions are derived from the
findings of people who have achieved high level of wellness, some of them
may not agree with your belief system. Feel free to disagree if your values
are different. The questionnaire is designed to be taken by people from
many circumstances of life. There are no absolute answers for everyone, as
our needs are different at different stages of growth.
